We recently experienced the unfortunate loss of our 8-month-old 2024 Audi Q5—purchased last summer from Audi Royal Oak — in a not-at-fault collision. It’s been a challenging few weeks navigating insurance, rentals, and the general disruption that comes with such an event.

We recently purchased an Audi Q3 45 Progressiv for Audi Royal Oak and chose Royal Oak based on a coworkers excellent experience they had at the dealership. We have been with VW for 15 years and have had many vehicles from them, both on lease and finance, so we receive really high value service every time based on our loyalty, and you kind of dread going to a new dealership where you are just a customer off the street, but as soon as we walked into Audi Royal Oak, everyone was very welcoming, friendly, and you can tell this group has great leadership.

We were greeted by Jeff Adams, a young salesman who has worked his way up in the company (which as a business owner I love to see that opportunity for growth which was a good sign), and he took his time with us, got to know us and our motivations for coming into the dealership. We knew we were interested in the Q3 for its size as we also have a full-size Atlas, and Jeff didn't try and push us in any other direction. He was knowledgeable, informative, and knew the cars inside out. After a great test drive where both my wife and I were able to try out the car on the road (and we didn't feel any pressure to hurry back), we sat down with Jeff and he walked us through all the available options, really getting to understand how we planned to use the car, matching features to our needs. Every person that walked by the few moments that Jeff was in the sales office all said hi and asked if we needed any help (reminding us of the Seinfeld episode where Kramer goes to the bank where they promised a hello).

As we were trading in our beloved VW Golf Sportwagen, we wanted to be sure we got a good value for it as it has been cared for and loved by us. Jeff brought out Rick Bewski the GM, and he was very friendly and willing to work with us and make a deal that we felt was good for both sides. Too many times at dealerships in the past, as soon as a GM or Finance person got involved, we felt they were trying to pressure us into something that was only beneficial for them, but not the case with Rick. Warm, friendly and genuine which are all characteristics we are looking for in a business. We also met and spoke with Rada Saleh who was quite friendly and informative.

As it was late in the day, we headed home with information on a potential deal and felt no pressure to put down a deposit or rush. We still wanted to work on the trade-in value, as we know the care that the VW has had and the next day, Jeff texted to come in and Rick wanted to be sure we were taken care of. Upon arriving, Rick came and talked with us (note: not at us), and we came to a fair market value for the trade in. Once that piece was taken care of, Jeff took his time to find us the exact model that met every one of our criteria and preference.

From there we met with Grace Hyland in Finance who walked us through every detail of the deal, and reviewed additional coverage options. Grace was very informative, patient with our many questions, and we arranged pickup of our new Q3 45 Progressiv a few days later. In the interim, we sent a tonne of questions about the coverage options, and Grace did the legwork to get us answers on all of our questions.

Delivery day was quite enjoyable, as Mitchell Cooper walked us through every single option of the new Q3, setup of the Audi app, and made sure everything was covered in great detail.

In all honesty, this was the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. Their sales team are not pushy, they are all very sweet and really go above and beyond on their customer experience. Outstanding dealership and most amazing salesperson in Cory Watson. Buckle up for an interesting story. I have been leasing German vehicles for well over a dozen years, but never an Audi. I've always loved Audi and wanted to try one out. Each time the lease matured on one of my vehicles, I visited Cory to see what the latest offerings were. I would narrow in on one, test drive it, but as things evolved, I ended up leasing something else. Through the leases and the years, Cory always remembered me, was patient with me, worked around my schedule, shared his expertise and knowledge and worked particularly hard on this most recent sale. Truly a quality customer service rep for Audi, and bonus points for staying in the position for so long (that alone is a testament to the brand and the character of Cory).

In the end, I went with a different vehicle (again!) but I wouldn't hesitate recommending Cory and Audi Royal Oak. I know I will be back to explore my options again in about five years.

We have all heard the bad stories of going to a dealership out of warranty, this is not one of them! I had a couple issues with an S4 I bought my son and could only be diagnosed at a dealership so I was very reluctant. At first I was pleasantly surprised Royal Oak could get us booked in a very reasonable amount of time. Then it just kept getting better. Met with Bryan Pirie the service advisor at drop off. He offered a nice cold drink while I got him up to speed on what had already spent on the car trying to fix it. He gave us some really great advice on what we really should do and what we could hold off on until we could recoup some of the money we had put out. Drop off was a breeze and it went in the next morning. I received the call by 1:30pm it was ready!! The items that the other garages could not figure out were fixed!! I can now say it would have been more cost effective to have just brought it here to start. The final bill was more than reasonable especially that all the issues were gone too!! I live a good 40 min drive from this area but have no issue doing the drive now with how happy we were with the service and the techs who just knew what to do! Thanks Bryan and the techs, because of you we will be back. You made our whole month!!

We recently purchased our Audi SQ7 from a different dealer and when that dealer failed to help us sort out a few issues we were having with the car’s settings we reached out to Royal Oak Audi. We were in contact with Cory Watson who over the phone in about 3 min was able to sort out the issue we were having. And later we came to the dealership and Cory sat with us in the car for a good 20 min showing us features and functions of the car. We really appreciated his knowledge that we never got from the other dealer! Especially since we didn’t even purchase the car through them. We won’t ever go to a different dealer. They are there for you the customer not the other way around .

Where do I begin 🤔🤩 I have been a longtime customer of glenmore Audi. I was in need of an MMI update on my new SQ5. I phoned for an appointment and they told me I could not get in for 4 months!! WTH!? So I called Royal oak, after also being told by Glenmore Audi, I can not service my car elsewhere!! WTH!? So I explained my situation to the service reception, and they had me booked in within 6 days!! So when I arrived, I was greeted by a cheerful Bryan P ☺️🤩 He made a wonderful first impression by telling me how gorgeous my ride is!! I am biased, but she is indeed a beauty!! After going through the paperwork and making sure he had all my information in their system for my car to be uploaded…I was now in the Royal Oak “family”!! Bryan took much care and attention to search if there were any updates or recalls needed in general for my SQ5. Bryan and his cheerful fun self made me feel special and cared for as a customer. He listened to my frustration over not being able to get a simple appointment at a dealership that I have spent many years at. That was last Oct, now fast forward to today!! I again had an MMI issue and was in the area, so thought I would quickly run in to see about an appointment. When I walked in the feeling was as I had experienced months before, very calm and inviting!! Of course the beauties in the front showroom make me want to dream!! I found Bryan and he recognized me and ask how he could help me. I explained about my MMI and was just seeing if they had time or if I could book in. He quickly went to ask how the day looked and they had time to fit me in right away 💖💖 In true Bryan fashion he had my paperwork and SUV walk around done and then pointed me to the guest area. I enjoyed a beverage and a few small chats with some of the ah-mazing staff walking around…it was so nice to feel cared for and appreciated!! Bryan had my baby washed and ready for me after getting the update reinstalled. I asked him when I should make my appointment for my 2nd birthday check up and he gave me all the info for that. I am very grateful I have found a new home for my baby to be taken care of. I look forward to a new purchase in 2026!! Hopefully with the Covid craziness behind us I will not be waiting 9 months for my next ride 👍🏻🙏🏻 Can not say enough about Bryan and the very lovely welcome to this dealership!! I've been servicing both my Audis here for the past 3 years. Great dealership. Buying experience was great and so are the folks in parts. What keeps me with Audi (besides a great product) is the service. It's people like my service advisor Erik that make it so easy to get scheduled or unscheduled work done with little pain. He takes great care of me (as do the rest of the service team) and that's the sort of thing that will make me consider Audi again when it's time to change vehicles.
