Haven't purchased the vehicle yet but in the process. Unfortunately I had the experience of dealing with VW GP at the same time. Jerry Shaver has a no BS approach to car sales. I would recommend this experience over others ! No pressure just good honest people ! Such a nice experience as opposed to the high pressure sales tactics that others use ! Highly recommend especially if you are not experienced dealing with the pressure salesmen !

I don’t understand why a person buys a Maintenance package. It is just a waste of money. We were told when we bought our Buick to change oil every 5000 km which we did and then when I went to get it changed for the third time after the two free oil changes they told me they will only do it every twelve thousand km which we had to pay for if they did it so I waited until it got down to 5per cent before they would do it as maintenance package. Same with my tire rotation. We paid for that and now you have to have so many km on before they will change your tires over from summer to winter. Never will we ever buy another maintenance package. We bought it so we would t have to to change oil or change tires over. Everything is a scam

My truck had to go into the shop as the brakes kept failing; I had my third party mechanic have a look at it. They said that a recall that was done in 2019 failed and it would be $800 to put in a whole new system.

Called Ken Sargent and they said because they haven't seen my truck since 2019, that I was no longer in good standing with them and they refused to pay for the failed recall; also said they wouldn't pay because my 10 year warranty was up (3 months ago 🙄). My truck hasn't needed any maintenance on it other than regular oil changes and new brakes this past summer (2025). Oil changes are done elsewhere because KS charges double. Fountain Tire did my brakes as I had my kids in the truck with me when I couldn't stop and they could get me in right away- knowing now the brakes were never the issue.

Dealing with Keith the Service Manager was a treat. He was arrogant and continuously laughed at me on the phone over this matter.
KS should be paying for the failed recall as it was a recall that was done by them and it didn't work leaving my truck not safe to drive as it can lose brakes at any time with my young children inside.

I was planning on purchasing a new truck in the next year, but I will no longer be using KS ever again and I have told all family and friends about Keith and his lack of management and customer service. Good luck!

Booked a service appointment, upon arrival was told by management that they don't have a trained professional to work on my truck.

I was then advised to go park my truck in the parking lot and wait on standby until the dealership could acquire more information.

It's been over an hour and I'm just sitting here still waiting.

Why isn't the dealership ensuring there is someone capable of working on my truck, prior to booking the service appointment?

Why would the dealership book a service appointment if they don't have a trained professional to perform the service?

Why would I be advised to go sit on standby in the parking lot for a "scheduled service"?

HD ultimate. After 3 months the black chrome around the grill was pealing off everywhere. Took it in for warranty and GMC said rock chips caused it to peal and no warranty. Also zero offers of any type of help from sales or Ken Seargeant 👎
