A few months ago, hubby and I started talking about buying a Toyota Cross Hybrid, we went to a couple Toyota dealers to shop around, but wasn't to impressed with the service nor the feel we were getting talking to some of the people, so we decided to walk away and wait..
Fast forward to last week,, Hubby and I now decided to take a ride to Valleyfield Toyota, and that's where our "dreams" started to take form, and where we meet PierLuc,. From the moment we all started talking, hubby and I looked at each other and smiled, we knew this Man was going to make it happen..
After a few minutes in his office, Pierluc went to get the keys and we took off for a test drive.. We fell in love with the feel of the car and decided YUP, this is exactly what we want..
Upon our return to the dealership, Pierluc took us back to his office and he gave us some documents we asked for, so we can study more at home,, he answered our questions and if by chance there was something he couldn't answer, he went straight to his director for the answers, we had confidence in Pierluc even more as we saw that he wouldn't just give any random answer, he would get the right information.. ""Chapeau Pierluc!!!""
Well, 2 days ago, we went back to the Dealership and gave a deposit,, Yayy, can't wait for our new car 😍😍..

I brought my brand new 2025 Toyota Corolla for an oil change around 3 PM and when I left around 4 PM I found out later by 5 PM that they hit something in the garage like and they scratched my front bumper and broke the edge of the bumper and they tried to clean the scratch so I don’t see it and when I come back and ask them what happened they deny it and they said we check our camera and there is nothing we didn’t do that. This is one of the worst experience that I’ve ever been one of the worst service ever. 👎🏻
Brought my vehicle in by tow truck "without" appointment. My vehicle was in and assessed. A Courtesy vehicle ready for the go and all in under 60 minutes. Never have I experienced such impeccable service with any dealership.

I recently purchased a 2021 RAV4 from Valleyfield Toyota, and overall, I had a very positive experience. The entire team was professional and friendly. I especially appreciated that I never felt pressured to make a purchase, which is important to me as a first-time buyer.
The negotiations were fair, and I felt that my concerns were taken into consideration. The pick-up was quick, and everything went smoothly. They also took the time to thoroughly go over any questions or concerns I had.
I would highly recommend Valleyfield Toyota to anyone looking for a straightforward and pleasant car-buying experience.

The overall experience was good. I was looking to buy a used car. The salesman was nice and understanding. The used car manager also was helpful and friendly. Everything went well until we met with the F&I Lisa. She was rude and looked like she didn’t care about her work. It isn’t easy to contact her. I booked a date for the delivery of the car and had to switch date. I called in the morning and only heard from her later in the day. On the delivery day, she gave us a time and was late by at least 1:30. She never came to see us to let us know that she is behind her schedule. It’s understandable that it’s possible to be late but she could have took her time to inform us of the situation or at least tell her coworkers to let us know. The salesman had to do her job and go through all the paperwork and payment. In the end, we never got to see her for the car. Thankfully he did because I don’t know how long we would have waited more. She was aware that we weren’t happy about the situation and she never came to at least apologize for the situation. I even saw her pass by and she looked at us with an attitude. Anyway, from what I experienced, she lacks some customer service skills. Pretty dissatisfied.
They should not fool customers. Told me car is available next day told me it was sold.
I will highly not recommend Valleyfield Toyota.

In short it is the worst of all dealers both sales and services, I bought a car I was promised free service when I arrived at the service manager began to argue and say that I had to pay if I do not leave the place, is unacceptable unprofessionalism. I will never buy a Toyota again.

They're knowledge of their products is very poor. A very unethical business. The general manager and the salesman have tried on numerous occasions to lie repeatedly just to get you to sign the contract. Buyer beware. I strongly recommend going elsewhere. Unprofessional and they really don't care about the customer. They just want to make money while cutting corners. Stay away at all costs.
