Great experience. Easy to work with. Thanks Dean Bond for helping get us into our Rav4!
The worst service ever. I was visiting the area from Vancouver Island, and stopped in for my halfway point oil change on a month long trip across the states and Canada. Because my truck may be part of a large engine recall regarding metal fragments in the engine, I had asked for them to just take a look for excess before I decide on a northern route or (safer) southern route across the country. The mechanic stuck my oil filter in a plastic bag, threw it on my passenger seat and told me to check it myself. Wow. Really? With my first oil change at home, they were completely fine about checking for me, and told me they would certainly look for the next few changes, as well. But, as I got to my (very new 2024) truck, I saw the mechanic had also taken out a huge chunk of paint on my door indicative of opening it against something, and getting in as the paint was pealed up. The manager was very apologetic and insisted they would take care of it. I have waited months for them to get back to me, or my local dealer who has tried to contact them, after I got a quote for the damage at over $1400! My local dealer said they hadn't gotten back to her, so she offered to deal with it themselves, which honestly just angered me more. It wasn't their fault! Do better, Tri-Mac!
Interesting morning meeting with Dean. Always a comfortable, easy, friendly time.
Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and comfortable waiting area.
Dean treated us very well here. He was knowledgeable and friendly, and cared about us more than turning a profit, unlike a lot of the other dealerships. I wouldn't deal with anyone else in the area.
Great shopping experience buying my Tacoma
Good service, very helpful staff.
Great service and staff.
I would strongly discourage people from getting service at this dealership. I had a very negative experience with the service team, including team members making false promises and lying to make a sale. Full details below.
I came here for a 15k regular service for my Rav4 that is registered in the US. Before I signed off on the service I spoke with a woman that explained that Tri-Mac would not be able to directly submit the service to Toyota but that I would be able to submit it via my dealership in the US. I specifically asked: "Will this be reimbursed?" before signing off on the service, and was told: "Yes".
Then, after the service occurred, I asked if this was all of the paperwork I would need for the reimbursement, and was told that yes, this was everything I would be needing.
When I got in contact with the Toyota corporate team, they explained that no, this would not be reimbursed. I shared this with a service manager at Tri-Mac (Lisa), who claimed that no one on her team had made any of the statements listed above, and that was that. Instead of taking responsibility for what appeared to be an honest misunderstanding, I was called a liar for my description of what occurred.
I can't speak to the rest of the team, but to me this experience suggests that this dealership has extremely questionable values, and I would caution people from doing business here.
I have been dealing with Tri-Mac Toyota since June 2008 when I moved to the area. They serviced my previous 2008 Avalon and sold me my current 2014 Avalon. Larry, Bruce, Lisa and their teams are professional and courteous. They have gone above and beyond to provide me with a high level of service. When minor issues have arisen on occasion over the 14 years that I have been their customer, they have dealt with those issues expeditiously. My Avalons have always been serviced at Tri-Mac since 2008. I have complete trust in them and their prices are reasonable. If you want to find a dealer you can trust, look no further. This dealership is genuinely committed to providing the highest quality customer service from sales to servicing. I highly recommend Tri-Mac Toyota. They have never let me down.
Bruce Lee great to deal with.
Larry, Sam and the team at TriMac saved our vacation! Our car broke down while we were vacationing on Cape Breton Island, and the part that required replacement is not sold in Canada. Larry and team went above and beyond to help us get our vehicle repaired, to the point of loaning us a car so we could continue our holiday, driving to Truro to pick up the part once it arrived in the country, and staying late on a holiday weekend to finish the job. Fantastic service from wonderful folks.
My family has always dealt with this dealership because of the great service. I have never had any issues with Tri-Mac until recently. I was told at one of my previous services that my brake pads were waring and they were going to have to be changed before getting it inspected in September. Because I do not live in the area it was easier for me to get another technician to change them so I did. When the technician changed them he noticed that they were still measuring at 60% and would have gotten another year out of them. My father took my car down to get the inspection done and he mentioned it to them. They said there was no record indicating that they had to be changed before inspection even though that is what I was told so they wouldn’t do anything about it. Why would someone fork out over $200 to get something replaced that didn’t need to be!!
Really great team here, cannot reccomend them highly enough
Their customer service is second to none! I've been going here for 6 years and have never had a negative experience.

Good dealers .
The best services I've ever received from a dealership! The Service Advisor, Nicole, is excellent. She thoroughly explained all the details to me. Even the staff who provided shuttle drives was also nice and friendly. I'll definitely come back.
These guys are the BEST
Bruce Lee is such a great dealer. Efficient and great hospitality. We absolutely reccomend this location.
Excellent customer service!
Great service
Better service then anchor motors by far.
Couldn't have asked for better service. Bruce Lee at Tri Mac Toyota made this decision so much easier and was friendly, professional and knowledge. Thank you for your patience answering all my questions.
Great service and staffs. We're from Ontario and were doing a 2 week east coast road trip. About half way through when we got to Cape Breton our transmission started acting up. This rendered the car undriveable, especially having to pull a trailer on the hilly roads of Nova Scotia. Replacing our transmission was a big job and required parts to be ordered in. We were stranded thousands of kilometres away from home. Fortunately, we found
Tri-Mac Toyota. They helped us find a campground to stay and pulled our trailer there for us. They got us a loaner car use and explore the island. Most importantly, they got our car fixed in time to get us home safely. So thank you Tri-mac staffs. Special thanks to Lisa and Larry.
My mom told me ...
If you don't have something nice to say then don't say anything...

Excellent service department!
I have been a loyal Tri-mac Toyota customer for over ten years. I've found their service to be excellent and their sales staff helpful but not aggressive. I'll continue to buy from them and have recommended them to friends and family.
Good staff...good workers and the Bruce, on of the sales representatives is very easy to work with.
