I have bought new Durango GT Plus 2024 in end of November.I have faced many issues like my front wiper hinges are breaking again and again, there were alignment issues, They didn’t give me a detailed walk through as I am a first time buyer. In first 2 Months I visited 15-20 times. I also had issues related to the safety. My air bag warning light came on and they have tightened the plug but when I asked for a safety certificate they refused to provide. I am still facing a lot of issues related to my car(Wipers, Warning Light, Battery, Strange voice come from AC, Sometimes my car is vibrating, interior loosen up) and I am just fed up with them. I have no updates from them regarding oil changes and tire rotations and I am almost at 6000 km right now which is not justified and I want solid answers.

Bought a truck a few weeks ago and the service was absolutely amazing! I reached out to Moe wanting a particular Ram that was at their other location, he went and picked it up the next morning for me to look at. Very professional, not pushy and pleasant to deal with. I will recommend friends and family to here as well! Marko the finance manager was exceptional as well, straight up and to the point.

Recently purchased a vehicle from here. While Marko (not our sales person) was great when we purchased the vehicle, our sales person failed to follow up on a couple things. Jackie was fantastic when she heard about the issue we were having and made sure to have it taken care of. Linda in service was fantastic, helping us coordinate our busy schedules, making sure we were completely satisfied before we left with our car. While I may not deal with that sales person again, we will definitely be back to Johnston.

My 2021 Jeep Wrangler was unfortunately broken into and cost a couple of grand in damages. I never write reviews but this is MY expensive car. I was so upset with the quality of work done on my car. I’m fully convinced i was given a used hard top…. The screws to lock in sun panels are clearly used, back window was sun damaged and scratched — i’ve shared photos so you understand. I had them order a new window for me and nothing was ever done about the scratched locks. I can’t even argue anymore, i’m so disappointed that this is the new quality of my great condition of a car. My car was given to them freshly cleaned and was returned with debris in the trunk, all seats down, oil on door, hard substance stuck to frame. I will point out that despite attitude and doubt from everyone else, Linda (I believe the manager of Service) was very kind and communicated to me quite well. Unfortunately the actual work of the car body was handed off to another department and out of her control. I recommend you see another body shop if you require body repair.
