While traveling from New Brunswick to Ontario (3 adults and 1 baby), our vehicle unexpectedly broke down—miles from home and completely unfamiliar with the area with another six hours ahead of us. Understandably anxious, especially with a baby on board, we slowly drove the 4 miles off the highway in hopes of finding help. What happened next was nothing short of incredible.
From the very first step through the front doors, the staff treated us with kindness, urgency, and true empathy. They understood our situation immediately and made us a top priority. Despite a fully booked service schedule, they found a way to get our vehicle in for diagnostics and repairs right away.
The service team was transparent, efficient, and reassuring every step of the way. They explained the issue clearly, sourced the parts quickly, and working the rearrangement of schedules to make sure we were back on the road the very same day. Every staff member—from the service advisor to the technician to the front desk—showed a level of care and professionalism that went well beyond what we could have hoped for.
They even provided a clean, comfortable waiting area for us to safely care for our baby while the work was being done, which meant the world to her parents. And let’s also mention that they offered us a courteous vehicle to go to a restaurant.
In an unfamiliar place, they made us feel supported, safe, and genuinely cared for. This wasn’t just great customer service—it was humanity at its finest.
We were truly moved by the follow-up. The next morning, we received a thoughtful text from Johanne just checking in to make sure we had made it to our next stop safely. That simple message spoke volumes—it showed this wasn’t just a one-time fix, but a team that genuinely cares about the people they help – even on Thanksgiving weekend.
We are beyond grateful to Johanne and the team at Montmagny Mazda. You turned a stressful and potentially dangerous situation into a positive memory we’ll never forget. If we lived closer, you’d have customers for life!

Johanne in Montmagny Quebec was phenomenal. Our cx5 broke down on our way from Nova Scotia to Ottawa and she did everything she could to ensure we were taken car of. She was professional, kind, and went out of her way to assist us. She realized the vehicle was under warranty from the previous owner and assisted us on how to transfer the warranty into my name. She continued to text me throughout the repair process and even after we were back home and picked up our vehicle to make sure it was fixed properly. Great service like no other.

For the first time in my life, I am posting a negative comment publicly. I have always had used cars. At 48, it was my first new car. What a nightmare!
If you buy a lemon, but at least the garage provides service, it's less annoying. Here, this is not the case.
I went to the garage more often in 3 months with my new CX5 than in 5 years with my old 2008 Sorento.
For each problem, at least 4 calls/problem and sometimes even no response.
I took the test elsewhere and with the same problem, I got a response within 2 minutes.
3 months after purchase I complained that my brakes were rusty and making noise. (view the photo). My salesman called me to tell me that I wasted their time and that everything was normal at 8:50 a.m. and my appointment was at 9 a.m.
6 months later, I knew there had been service bulletins for this problem.
9 months later, they repainted my back door because of rust.
Even the structure of my seats inside the vehicle started to rust.
Not to mention problems with keys, windshield wipers, thermostat, etc.
I've been giving them the chance to do better for over a year and no improvement.
Montmagny Mazda is over!
I changed garages and I'm very happy about it, but it looks like my brakes are finished on 4 wheels after 1.5 years 42k and it's worth more than $1000...that's normal I guess!!!!

Nous avions besoin de conseils pour notre Mazda, comme nous étions en vacances, nous sommes arrêtés chez Mazda Montmagny qui était à proximité d'où nous logions. En entrant chez le concessionnaire, je fus accueilli par deux grands sourires dont celui de Jessie tout de suite, elle s'est empressée à répondre à nos questions. Elle a même demandé conseil au mécanicien qui lui aussi à réglé promptement notre problème. Je suis de Montréal et je n'avais pas reçu un tel accueil depuis très longtemps.

Vos auto usage en particulier la mercedes class 2003 vous faites monter les gens de loin pour voir une auto en decrepitude, auto dégeulasse qui vaux aucunement son prix, remplis de code le chrome colller au tape gris mais le pire c'est le manque de conscience et de courtoisie envers votre clientele... franchement je ne vous recommande a personne.
