They weren't just looking to sell a car, but were looking to build a long term partnership which I really appreciated.

Wasting time even explaining why would make a difference so not going to be bother, but had to give them 1 Star because 0 isn’t allowed.
Find a good, trustworthy mechanic in your area and you will not be dissapointed like you would be at one of these dealerships.
Be very guarded and careful over choosing this dealership when having to service your vehicle they mark up car parts for example they sell rotors at the parts department priced at $120 each for a 2019 QX80 on your final service bill mark them up to $185 .They’re very shady adding extra costs in the labour rate as well standard labour rate at every Infiniti dealer across Toronto is $170 an hour. They’re charging $200. Their promotion for 10% off on parts and labour is a scam. All they do is mark up their labour rate and parts in your final invoice payment which doesn’t save you nothing. You’re also entitled to 180 point free inspection which they don’t complete accurately as I picked up my vehicle on the report it stated oil change was done when I went to pick up my car on the Friday. The oil synthetic service wasn’t even completed so that just proves to me they’re 180 point inspection is not completed Accurately and correctly. Scam!!! This type of unethical work just proves a terrible shop taking peoples hard earned money whatever happened to the days of getting a fair deal and honest work. I will never return again for future business planning on upgrading my vehicle very soon. I’ll be taking it to a different dealer.

I got the dreaded P0720/P0500 codes, so I knew it wasn't a minor problem. I had bad experiences with a couple other dealerships so I knew I wasn't going there, and a transmission place was already telling me the worst. Someone recommended Infiniti Downtown and I'm glad they did. I cannot say enough good things about Bala. Very knowledgeable, professional and reassuring. He engages customers and makes them understand everything that's going on. You found a great representative in him. Keep doing what you do Bala!

Actually, I found it one of the best dealerships I ever dealt with. Just bought my QX 50 yesterday after a very long shopping around all over the city. But those guys had the best options for my wife and me.
It is not only about the car; it is the staff and the manager in particular. Hani SHOUMAN is the sales manager is a super nice guy and so easy to deal with. Very helpful and real problem solver. Moreover, nick is the delivery consultant was very helpful and patient :). Rada as a financial manager was very supportive and always smiling.

Buying a new car at Infiniti downtown was a fantastic experience - primarily thanks to Derek McCabe. Working with Derek was a pleasure and he made the process of buying a new car a stress free, fun process. He was knowledgeable, non-obtrusive, and did a great job of learning about and meeting our needs.

My experience with Infiniti Downtown was an amazing they made buying a pre-owned vehicle so easy and fun. When I first walked in to the pre-owned vehicle part of the building I met Glen Pessoa who showed me the first pre-owned vehicle I was looking at. Glen is a great guy very experienced in the car sales business also very professional but very friendly at the same time. Glen helped me find the perfect vehicle for my needs he also made sure all the conditions were met promptly upon delivery of the vehicle. Kyle Burgess also helped out with the process of purchasing my pre-owned vehicle and delivery also a great guy he is a go getter.
