Before our scheduled service, we got a thoughtful call from Albi Hyundai, offering us a buyback deal on our current car. Our sales representative, James-Anthony Robidoux, was friendly, knowledgeable, and not at all pushy. He carefully explained the buyback offer and our options, making sure we felt comfortable every step of the way. During the wait for our car, he even treated us to coffee, which was a nice touch that made the time fly by.

Vehicle Selection:
We test drove the Hyundai Tucson, Santa Fe, and Ioniq 5—each offering its own unique features. Albi Hyundai’s selection was impressive, and the cars were spotless and well-maintained. James-Anthony made sure we had all the info we needed, patiently answering our questions and giving us plenty of time to experience each model without feeling rushed.

Financing:
Although we didn’t make a purchase, we felt informed and confident about the financing options available. James-Anthony explained the trade-in process and the financing terms clearly, which made us feel comfortable about possibly moving forward in the future.

Service and Maintenance:
The maintenance appointment itself went smoothly, and while there was a slight delay in getting our car back, the communication from the service team was excellent. The waiting area was comfortable, with free Wi-Fi, coffee, and snacks, which made the experience much more enjoyable.
