I brought my car in for maintenance on April 11, which included multiple services: tire change, alignment, Service #1, cabin air filter replacement, engine air filter replacement, and disc brake cleaning — totaling $684.
A few days later, I noticed oil leaking onto my driveway. This morning, I brought the car to a nearby garage, where they discovered that the engine oil drain plug had been left unscrewed (the mechanician can open the drain plug by his 2 fingers). More than half the engine oil had already leaked out, and they had to replace the remaining oil immediately to avoid serious damage.
To make matters worse, I also found that the coolant fluid was not even filled to the minimum level.
This was my first visit to this dealership, and unfortunately, it will also be my last. A mistake of this nature is unacceptable and has left me with a very poor impression and no confidence in their service quality.
Amazing service very and respectful people! I always trust in them to get the job done and they go above and beyond to help me, especially with purchasing my first car! Highly recommend!

I would like to thank Pierre for his exceptional service. Without him this rating would be significantly lower. He was patient, professional and knowledgeable. He helped me resolve all the issues that occurred during the purchase of my vehicle. He was very responsive and provided regular follow ups. I believe he is a true customer advocate ! Selena also helped me understand all the contracts during car reception and even helped me setup my car to my preferences. However, I believe the inspection that this dealership does is not sufficient to identify most issues with a car. I strongly suggest getting an inspection at another dealership prior to a purchase here. It doesn’t make sense that I had to bring back the car to the dealership the next day because it wouldn’t start. A faulty battery and sensor should have been identified during the car inspection.

Je viens tout juste de lire les commentaires dont la note globale est de (4) Moi j'ai acheté 2 Santa Fe 1 Sonata 1 Elantra depuis 2001 À mon avis il est LE CONCESSIONNAIRE J'ai des voitures depuis plus de 50 ans imaginez le nombre de concessionnaire Peu importe le prix le plus important pour moi est le service, évidemment c'est toujours trop cher Mon premier véhicule neuf a été une Chevrolet Nova (1963 $2.500) l'équivalence aujourd'hui serait $15,00 et alors !!! Si vous cherchez l'économie il y a la bicyclette, l'autobus, le train, le métro, Eric, Alain, Guylaine, Gaétan, excellent travail lâchez pas Merci Salut...........

Manager, Alain Boudrias is rude and impolite. When I asked to have the conversation between him and his employee spoken in English because I could not understand French very well, he refused and continued to speak in French.
His employee, Charles Desjardins, tricked my mother into paying for things done to her car that were not required. She is 78 years old and does not know anything about cars and unfortunately she is also losing her memory. When speaking with Charles, I specifically requested that he ONLY call her if anything URGENT needed to be done, otherwise to only do the Spring maintenance. But he felt that 2 air filters and antibacterial ventilation treatment along with wipers were urgent, therefore calling her for permission to do them. The car had only been driven a total of 1500 km since last year when they changed the air filter and had the treatment done. Instead of $104.00, she ended up paying a total of $340.00 from her pension for things that were not required. (examples: 30 minutes to change an air filter for $30.00 plus $30.00 for the filter - it takes me 3 minutes to change a filter (on an Accent) and I would have just vacuumed it instead of paying for another. The previous year, they also charged her $45.00 to clean the outside of her car, which my husband does twice a year for her, no charge.)
My instructions were simple but were not respected and his manager, Alain, does not respect clients wishes also. They make the perfect team.
I would not recommend anyone to go to this dealer for services, especially if they do not know anything about cars.

J'ai magasiné pour une hyundai gt gls 2016 avec les taxes 30000.00$ à Longueuil 24000.00$ différence asser grosse selon moi. J'ai eu un bon service mais ils ont perdu la vente , vous comprennes pk .. J'aurais aimé acheté dans mon voisinage , mais bon.
